Cognivia Tutoring provides 1:1 sessions, small group classes and courses as described on our website.Sessions are delivered online (unless otherwise agreed)

Bookings & Payments

All sessions must be booked in advance through our website.Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.Payments are handled securely through Wix/Stripe/PayPal – we do not store your card details.

Cancellations & Refunds

Student cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the session. Cancellations made later than this may be charged in full.Tutor cancellations: If we need to cancel, we will offer a reschedule or full refund.Courses and group sessions may have fixed dates – missed sessions are non-refundable.

Code of Conduct

We expect students to arrive on time, be prepared, and show respect during sessions.Cognivia Tutoring reserves the right to end a session early if behaviour is inappropriate.

Liability

Cognivia Tutoring provides educational support but cannot guarantee specific academic results.Parents/guardians remain responsible for supervising students under 18 during online sessions.

Data Protection

We handle your personal information in line with our [Privacy Policy].Your data will never be sold or shared for marketing purposes.
