Refund Policy

At Cognivia Tutoring, we want to be fair and transparent. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for our tutoring services.

One-to-One Sessions

• You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the session for a full refund or credit.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.

 

Group Classes and Courses

• Group classes and courses run on set dates. If you miss a class, we cannot offer a refund or reschedule.

• If we have to cancel a class or course, you will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund.

 

Tutor Cancellations

• If a tutor cancels a session, you will always be offered a reschedule or full refund.

 

How Refunds Are Processed

• Refunds are returned to your original payment method (via Wix Payments, Stripe or PayPal).

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
